JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 24-06-2016 At the outset, it has been brought to the notice of the Court by Mr. Ranjit Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the informant that during pendency of the present application not only charges have been framed, but two charge-sheet witnesses have also been examined, cross-examined and discharged by the trial court.

In view of the submissions advanced at the Bar, Mr. Abhay Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the case in order to raise all the points available to the petitioner at the stage of final argument of the case.
