The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Lakhisarai (Kabaiya) P.S. Case No. 255 of 2017 registered under Sections 307, 323, 326, 341 and 447/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that similarly situated co-accused person namely Umakant Singh has already been allowed bail by a Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 38574 of 2017 on 11.09.2017.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.
