JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 01-08-2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ application with a liberty to prefer an appeal before the State Appellate Authority, challenging the order dated 18.11.2011 contained in Memo No. 726 dated 02.12.2011, passed in Case No. 148/05/2010 by the Member, District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, Madhubani.

Permission is accorded.

The petitioner shall file an appeal before the State

Patna High Court CWJC No.23289 of 2011 (3) dt.01-08-2017 2/2 Appellate Authority within a period of thirty days from the date of the order, which shall be disposed of in accordance with law within the statutory period.
