JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 18-10-2017 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Mohowrah P.S. Case No. 108 of 2014 registered for the offence punishable under section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that there is case and counter case between the parties. Both sides sustained injuries. Police after investigation, did not find involvement of this petitioner in the alleged occurrence and submitted final report. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail
