JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 27-03-2018 After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with a liberty to file regular bail petition.

Accordingly, the present anticipatory bail petition is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to file a regular bail petition. In case the petitioner surrenders before the court concerned in connection with Supaul P.S. Case No. 121 of 2017 within a period of four weeks from today and applies for regular bail, the concerned court shall consider and dispose of the same on the same day, taking into account the fact that the sexual intercourse between the girl and the petitioner might have been consensual as also the fact that the complaint made by the informant is typed and the same has been filed belatedly.
