2 The petitioner apprehends arrest in Lakhnaur (RS OP) PS Case No 97 of 2022 dated 09.06.2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 307, 115, 120B of Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of Arms Act.

3 As per the prosecution case, this petitioner and one another co-accused opened fire as a result of which informant received gunshot injuries.

4 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case.

5 Learned APP has vehemently opposed the prayer for

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.27668 of 2023(3) dt.29-08-2023 2/2 anticipatory bail. It is submitted that the doctor found the injuries to be grievous in nature.

6 Considering the nature of accusation, I do not find it a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail. The same is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) M.E.H./- U T
