This application is filed for grant of regular bail in connection with Sabour P.S. Case No. 252 of 2021 registered under section 304, 504, 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is said to have surrounded their Basa with live naked wire and the both the son of the informant accidentally touched it. The son namely Ankush Kumar died at the spot whereas another son Dilkhush Kumar became seriously injured and the petitioner is in custody since 09.02.2023.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.28221 of 2023(2) dt.24-05-2023 2/2 Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Bhagalpur in connection with Sabour P.S. Case No. 252 of 2021.
