JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) 20-07-2018 Matter has been placed before us today. In view of the fact that inadvertently, on 18.10.2017 the case was dismissed by the Single Bench whereas the case should have been placed before the Division Bench. Accordingly, in view of the order passed on 06.07.2018 the matter is listed before us today. This application has been filed for restoration of C.W.J.C. No.6089 of 1991 which was dismissed on 06.05.1992.
Patna High Court MJC No.1354 of 1992(4) dt.20-07-2018 2/2 After the application was filed on 15.09.1992 office immediately pointed out various defects and since 1992 the defects have not been rectified. Even today when the case called out, none appeared for the petitioner. It seems that with the passage of time the parties are no more interested in the matter. This Court cannot leave the matter pending any further when the defects pointed out more than 15 years back in the year 1992 have not been rectified even till date. In view of the aforesaid, the application stands dismissed.
