1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

2. On query of the Court from the learned counsel for the petitioner with regard to the stage of the case, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that despite his best endeavours he could not seek instruction from the petitioner nor the petitioner contacted him.

3. Learned APP for the State, Mr. Chandra Bhushan Prasad submits that in the event the stage of the case has changed from the stage of the charge and charges have been framed in that event if the Court interferes the entire effort of the Court shall go futile.

4. Considering the submission made by the learned APP for the State, the Court is not inclined to entertain the quashing application.
