Under the aforesaid circumstances, the petition is disposed of with a direction to the trial court to conclude the trial if not already concluded within a maximum period of two months from today, failing which the court below shall release the petitioner on appropriate terms and conditions so that the petitioner may not take advantage of his release to the detriment of the trial.
