2. The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Aurangabad P.S. Case No. 11 of 2020 dated 14.01.2020 instituted for the offences under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. A truck loaded with TMT bars of Jindal company was looted while it was on its way from Patratu to Lucknow. The occurrence is said to have taken place at Aurangabad. The driver of the vehicle disclosed that

4. The petitioner has not been named in the FIR. His name has transpired in this case on the confession of one co-accused/Raj Kishor Kumar. Pursuant to the confession, few of the TMT bars of the Jindal company was found in the go-down of one Manoranjan Kumar Pandey, where the aforesaid coaccused/Raj Kishor Kumar was an employee. Manoranjan Kumar Pandey has been granted anticipatory bail by this Court on the ground that he is the proprietor of Jagdamba Steel at Danapur and regularly dealt in iron rods of Jindal Panther Company.

5. The petitioner is touted as a co-partner of the aforenoted Jagdamba Steel. The petitioner denies that he has any concern with Manoranjan Kumar Pandey. He is a bank employee having association with Manoranjan Kumar Pandey. Precisely for this reason, he has also been named by Raj Kishor Kumar, the co-

6. Considering the aforenoted submissions and taking into account that Manoranjan Kumar Pandey has been granted anticipatory bail by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 804 of 2021 vide order dated 03.08.2021, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Aurangabad P.S. Case No. 11 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
