2. In terms of the earlier order, supplementary counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of respondents no. 2 to 5, in which it has been stated that an amount of Rs. 3,09,211/-, which includes interest, has been credited into the account of the petitioner on 06.04.2018.

3. In view thereof, the writ petition having served its

Patna High Court CWJC No.8461 of 2011 dt.11-04-2018 2/2 purpose, stands disposed off.

4. However, as no detailed calculation chart has been brought on record, let the same be provided to the petitioner within one week from the date of production of a copy of this order before the respondent no. 5. Upon the same being provided to the petitioner, if it transpires that there is any error in the same, the petitioner shall be at liberty to file a detailed representation. If such a representation is filed within four weeks from the receipt of the calculation chart, before the respondent no. 5, the same shall be look into and reasoned order passed within six weeks from the date of filing of the representation. If it transpires that the contention of the petitioner is correct and he is required to be paid any further amount, the same shall also be credited to his account within three weeks from the date of passing of the order on his representation.
