JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 07-02-2018 This application is filed for modification of order dated 15.12.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 57615 of 2017. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner has been granted Anticipatory Bail on 15.12.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 57615 of 2017 with a direction to surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks pending in the Court of Addl. Chief MagistrateVI, Patna in connection with Gandhi Maidan P.S. Case No. 273 of 2017, but due to some unavoidable circumstances, petitioner could not surrender before the court below within the stipulated time.

In such view of the matter, let the time to surrender of the petitioner as order dated 15.12.2017 passed in Cr. Misc.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7205 of 2018(2) dt.07-02-2018 2/2 No. 57615 of 2017 be further extended by four weeks from today in connection with the aforesaid case.

Accordingly, the modification application is allowed and the order dated 15.12.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 57615 of 2017 is modified to the above extent. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) manish/- U T
