JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 08-03-2021 The present writ petition has been filed for quashing the letter dated 16.07.2019, whereby and whereunder the private respondent no. 7 has been selected as Mahila Supervisor, Block Paar Malpur, Ward No. 12.

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to enable the petitioner to approach the Child Development Project Officer, Chodhahi, Begusarai for the purposes of redressal of her grievances as per clause-11 of the guidelines in question.

Patna High Court CWJC No.9679 of 2020(2) dt.08-03-2021 2/2 Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off as not pressed, however, with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Child Development Project Officer, Chodhahi, Begusarai by filing appropriate petition regarding her grievances against the selection of the private respondent no. 7 as also against her non-selection on the post in question by filing appropriate petition, within a period of four weeks from today and in case such a petition is filed within a period of four weeks from today, the same shall be disposed off by the Child Development Project Officer, Chodhahi, Begusarai, on merits and in accordance with law, without being impeded by the issue of limitation.
