In this case, the petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Sasaram (Darigaon) P.S. Case No. 1395 of 2017 registered for offences under sections 457 & 380 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per allegation, the theft was committed of the materials mentioned in the body of the F.I.R. wherein the Informant has suspected the involvement of these petitioners. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the statement has been made on the basis of suspicion and no recovery of those materials have been made either from the

Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, namely, Babu Chand Mahto and Manoj Kumar, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Sasaram (Darigaon) P.S. Case No. 1395 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
