Patna High Court CWJC No.4350 of 2011 (4) dt.11-07-2017 2/2 13.05.2015, challenging the Memo No. 271 dated 04.11.2010 passed in Case No. 583/09 by the Member, District Teachers' Employment Appellate Authority, Saran at Chapra. Permission is accorded.

The petitioner shall file an appeal before the State Appellate Authority within a period of thirty days from the date of the order which should be disposed of in accordance with law within the statutory period.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, the present writ application stands disposed of.
