2. Core issue involved in the present lis is in respect

Patna High Court L.P.A No.225 of 2022(9) dt.11-02-2025 2/2 of intermediate examination conducted by Bihar School Examination Board in the month of February 2022 read with special examination conducted subsequently.

3. The appellants were not benefited by any interim order passed in CWJC No. 786 of 2022 and so also in the present LPA. Therefore, the process of examination which is the core issue involved in the present lis has already spent its force. Therefore, nothing remains in the present LPA.
