The aforesaid Interlocutory Application has been filed on behalf of learned counsel for the petitioner seeking permission for adding the name of Anil Kumar, Son of Ram Pukar Rai, resident of Village- Baburban, P.S. Parihar, District-Sitamarhi, as respondent no. 13, in the present writ application. Perused the record.

Permission is accorded for adding the name of Anil Kumar, Son of Ram Pukar Rai, resident of Village-Baburban, P.S. Parihar, District-Sitamarhi as respondent no. 13 in the party position of the present writ application, in course of the day. I.A. No. 8895/2015 stands disposed of.

Learned senior counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ application with a liberty to prefer an appeal before the State Appellate Authority which has been constituted vide Notification No. 7/B 3-80/2011-513 dated 13.05.2015, challenging the order dated 25.02.2011 passed in Case No. 67/2009 by the Member, District Teachers' Employment Appellate Authority, Sitamarhi.

Permission is accorded.

The petitioner shall file an appeal before the State

Patna High Court CWJC No.4139 of 2011 (9) dt.11-07-2017 3/3 Appellate Authority within a period of thirty days from the date of the order which should be disposed of in accordance with law within the statutory period.
