2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Ghorasahan P.S. Case No. 332 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 103(1) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. The petitioner is said to have called the deceased and thereafter, the deceased was stabbed by the criminals. The petitioner was caught on the spot. Three out of six witnesses have already been examined.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 05.08.2024.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and also considering the fact that the petitioner was caught on the spot, I
