2. State counsel accept notice for respondents. Service of notice to respondent no. 7 is dispensed since no adverse order is passed against her.

3. In the instant petition, petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:

"1(I) That this writ petition is being filed on behalf of the petitioner for issuance of an appropriate

Patna High Court CWJC No.9717 of 2020 dt.07-01-2022 2/2 order/order/direction/directions/ writ in the nature of Mandamus directing and commanding to the Respondents to appoint the petitioner on the post of Anganwari Sevika at Anganwari Centre No. 178, Ward No. 09, Part-2 of Village- Dhobi Bigha, Gram Panchayat Raj Jana, BlockAsthawan, District- Nalanda with all consequential benefits.

(II) And further be pleased grant other relief/ reliefs as the petitioner is entitled for."

4. Petitioner's grievance is pending consideration before the concerned respondent including District Magistrate, Nalanda. Therefore, the District Magistrate, Nalanda is hereby directed to take note of grievance of the petitioner and redress the same after giving due opportunity of hearing to 7th respondentNitu Kumari. The above exercise shall be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order.

5. With the aforesaid observations, the instant petition stands disposed of.
