At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the statement made in paragraph no.6 of the counter affidavit filed on behalf of the respondent no.10 (Bihar Mahadalit Vikas Mission), he may be given liberty to file statutory appeal before the Mission Director, Bihar Mahadalit
Patna High Court CWJC No.19245 of 2013(6) dt.23-03-2026 2/2 Vikas Mission, Patna.
3. The learned counsels for the respondents did not object to the same.
4. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with the liberty to the petitioner to file statutory appeal before the Appellate Authority in accordance with law.
5. If the petitioner files the statutory appeal before the Appellate Authority, the Appellate Authority shall consider the appeal on its own merit, without being prejudiced with the observations made in the present order.
