The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Motipur P.S. Case No. 205 of 2014 registered under Sections 342, 323, 376/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. The victim, in her statement recorded under section 164 of the Cr. P.C., specifically stated her age as 18 years i.e. major and nowhere stated the name of the petitioners having hand in kidnapping, as detailed in paragraph-44 of the case dairy.

Case No. 205 of 2014, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Arvind Srivastava, J) Shailendra/- U T
