JUSTICE MIHIR KUMAR JHA ORAL JUDGMENT 18-03-2015 Having heard learned counsel for the parties as also appreciating the fact that the Rajendra Agricultural University (hereinafter referred to as the University) has not only compiled the order but has also made payment of Rs. 12,799/-, this Court hold that now nothing remains payable to the petitioner who had retired from service on 31.01.1997, and had in fact filed the writ petition in the year 2009. Therefore, the payment made by the University in the light of the facts explained in
Patna High Court MJC No.5011 of 2013 (3) dt.18-03-2015 the reasoned order passed in compliance of the direction of this Court would now bring an end to the chapter of grievances of the petitioner.
That being so, this application has become infructuous and is accordingly, disposed of.
