2. The present writ application has been filed for enhanced amount of compensation and the land of the petitioner was acquired for the purpose of construction of Rail-cum-Road Bridge.

3. Learned counsel for the State submits that the land acquisition is of the year 2006-07 in which the petitioner has received payment in the year 2015 and by the said payment, he is not satisfied.

4. Learned counsel for the State further submits that the present acquisition has been made under the Railways Act, 1989 and the remedy available to the petitioner to move before the Arbitrator under Section 20F of the Railways Act, 1989.

5. As such, the present writ application is hereby disposed of directing the petitioner to avail the remedy before the competent authority under Section 20F of the Railways Act, 1989 within four weeks' from the order passed by this Court. (Dr. Anshuman, J.) sadique/- U
