This is repeat application seeking anticipatory bail in Complaint Case No. 833 of 2015 registered under Sections 436 and 380/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted that by inadvertence, the petitioner could not state in the previous application about her previous two cases which are said to have been lodged by the informant of the present case. Counsel for the petitioner further submits that the husband of the petitioner has been granted regular bail on his surrender in the Court below.

Having appreciated the fact that the husband of the petitioner, who has similarly been alleged in the F.I.R., has been
