The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 379, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

It is alleged that the petitioner assaulted with Baishaki to the informant, thereafter co-accused Asish Keshari resorted to fire which did not hit to anyone. It is alleged that the petitioner snatched rupees five thousand from the pocket of the informant.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that for a petty dispute the accusation has been

Though, there is accusation that all the accused persons assaulted the informant. There is counter version of the occurrence also and at present petitioner is not involved in any other case.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Buxar in connection with Dhansoi P.S. Case No. 88 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
