The instant application has been filed for modification of the order dated 11.4.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 61051 of 2021 granting bail to the petitioner in connection with Narpatganj P.S. Case no. 477 of 2020 to the extent that the village of the petitioner in his description portion on top of page no. 1 has been wrongly stated as "Dalkhola (Daulatpur)" instead of the correct "Chocha Gangarghose". It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the error occurred due to inadvertent typing error in the main petition. In support of his above submission, learned counsel for the petitioner has brought on record the copy of the Adhar card of the petitioner as Annexure 3 to the supplementary affidavit.

No.25511 of 2022(2) dt.06-07-2022 2/2 Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the contents of the supplementary affidavit, the order dated 11.4.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 61051 of 2021 is modified to the extent that in the description portion on top of page no. 1 of the order, the name of the village of the petitioner shall be read as 'Chocha Gangarghose' in place of 'Dalkhola (Daulatpur)'.
The order dated 11.4.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 61051 of 2021 stands modified to the above extent. The application stands disposed of.
