This is repeat application seeking anticipatory bail. It is submitted that father-in-law has been released on regular bail subsequent to the order passed by this Court. After having heard the parties, I do not find it a fit case, in which indulgence on second attempt can be granted to the petitioner.

Mr. Krishna Prasad Singh, Sr. Advocate, for the petitioner states that she would surrender and seek bail in the Court below placing on record, the bail orders passed in the case of some other accused(s) of the present case.
