Petitioner is accused in connection with Case No. C279 of 2019 for the offences registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case due to dirty village politics. The alleged recovery is of 16 liters of Nepali liquor. Petitioner has no concern with the seized materials. Further submission is that petitioner is in custody since 20.02.2019, having no criminal antecedent. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on
