JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 11-07-2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ application with a liberty to prefer an appeal before the State Appellate Authority which has been constituted vide Notification No. 7/B 3-80/2011-513 dated 13.05.2015, challenging the Memo No. 163 dated 25.03.2011 passed in Case No. 461(62)/2010 by the Member, District Teachers' Employment Appellate Authority, Jehanabad. Permission is accorded.
