Learned counsel for the High Court submits that the petitioner is aggrieved by appointment on Class-III post in Subordinate Courts of Bihar published in 2011. The selection process of 2011 completed much earlier and subsequently, thereafter another process for appointment of Class-III post in Subordinate Court was initiated by the Court in 2016, which has also been completed. Learned counsel further submits that now fresh advertisement has been published for selection of ClassIII and Class-IV posts in Subordinate Courts of Bihar.
