The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in connection with Khizersarai P.S. Case No. 147 of 2015 for the offences instituted under Sections 302 and 201/34 of the IPC. The prosecution story, in brief, is that the petitioner and others killed the daughter of the informant and disposed of her dead body with intent to screen the evidence of crime only because the deceased had lost her ornaments somewhere and had not been able to find out the same.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. The marriage of the deceased had taken place in the year 1998. The petitioner is the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.54050 of 2015 (4) dt.18-03-2016 2/2 mother-in-law of the deceased. A petition has been filed by the informant stating therein that the deceased had died due to snake bite which is Annexure-2 to the supplementary affidavit. On behalf of the State it has been submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Khizersarai P.S. Case No. 147/2015 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M. Ist Class, Gaya, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
