Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Dhanarua P.S. Case No. 232 of 2016 registered under Sections498A, 304B, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Allegation against the petitioners is of torture and assault due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry. Informant got information that his sister has been bitten by Scorpio and she has become unconscious. When informant reached there, he found all the accused persons absent from there with the dead

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.53338 of 2016 (3) dt.13-02-2017 2/2 body of his sister. He came to know that accused persons killed his sister.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been implicated in this case due to dirty village politics. Witnesses have stated the fact with regard to Scorpio bite and the fact that there was no dispute between the deceased and petitioners.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Masaurhi in connection with Dhanarua P.S. Case No. 232 of 2016 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
