JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 03-07-2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ application with a liberty to prefer an appeal before the State Appellate Authority which has been constituted vide Notification No. 7/B 3-80/2011-513 dated 13.05.2015, challenging the order dated 18.02.2010 passed in Appeal No. 360/2009 by the Member, District Teachers' Employment Appellate Authority, Khagaria.

Permission is accorded.

The petitioner shall file an appeal before the State

Patna High Court CWJC No.19351 of 2010 (5) dt.03-07-2017 2/2 Appellate Authority, within a period of thirty days from the date of the order and the same shall be disposed of within the statutory period.
