2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 364, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The prosecution case in brief is that on 19.01.2024 while the informant's minor daughter was playing outside the house, these petitioners allured her and confined her at their own house. It is further alleged that thereafter when the informant was not able to find her daughter and started crying, then these petitioners handed the informant's daughter back to her and also threatened her.

4. It is submitted by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners that petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case, due to prior enmity. It is next submitted

No.28231 of 2024(3) dt.24-06-2024 2/2 that as a matter of fact, earlier, Petitioner No. 2 had filed a complaint petition before the S.D.O., Teghara (Begusarai), against the husband of the informant and in retaliation, this false and concocted case has been lodged. It is further submitted that there is no allegation of overt act against these petitioners.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances and nature of accusation, the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners is allowed.

7. Accordingly, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioners be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai, in connection with Bachhawara P.S. Case No.19 of 2024, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
