The petitioner has sought for an appointment on the post of Siksha Mitra. The said prayer of the petitioner was rejected by the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, Siwan vide Case No. 218 of 2010 dated 07.10.2010.

The appointment of the Siksha Mitra was made by way of engagement for a period of 11 months, which was subject to extension for further 11 months taking into the account the performance of such persons engaged for the appointment of Siksha Mitra. Such

Patna High Court CWJC No.20626 of 2010 dt.03-07-2017 2/2 engagement was subsequently abolished by the State Government in the year 2006. Thereafter number of writ applications relating to such appointment of Siksha Mitra was preferred before this Hon'ble Court like the present one. The issue has already been decided in the case of Kalpana Rani Vs. The State of Bihar through the Principal Secretary, Human Resources Development Department, Government of Bihar & Ors reported in 2014 (2) PLJR 665.

I find no merit in the present writ application as no substantive relief can be granted to the petitioner. The present writ application is accordingly dismissed. (Sudhir Singh, J) Amit/- U
