The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 04 of 2016 registered under Sections 341, 323, 504, 506, 313, 498A/34 of the I.P.C. pending in the Court of S.D.J.M., Madhubani.

Submission is that petitioner is husband of the informant. He is ready to keep his wife will full dignity and honour. Further submission is that he has falsely been implicated in this case.

Learned A.P.P. appearing on behalf of the State opposed the prayer of the petitioner with submission that there is specific allegation of demand, torture and assault against the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50273 of 2016 (5) dt.15-05-2017 2/2 petitioner (husband).

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and nature of the allegation, I am not inclined to allow the prayer of the petitioner for anticipatory bail. Accordingly, prayer of the petitioner is rejected.
