The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1. That this is an application for issuance of appropriate writ, order or direction to the respondents to issue order for constituting remedical Board other than doctors of composite Hospital, Muzaffarpur after setting aside order of D.1.G. of Police, C.R.P.F. (Annexure-7 and 8) and for grant of all consequential benefits."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the
