JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 21-07-2016 The rule and policy of the State of Bihar in relation to recognition and non-grant of financial aid to Sanskrit schools is in existence. The policy is otherwise. So long as the policy does not undergo a change and a decision is taken to confer benefit of financial aid and assistance to the Sanskrit schools which are in existence or have been given recognition only for the purposes of conduct of
Patna High Court CWJC No.18538 of 2015 dt.21-07-2016 2 / 2 teaching and holding of examination, the mandamus cannot be issued in favour of these petitioners for the purposes of obtaining financial benefit. Necessary rule is dated 19.05.2009 and that position has not been altered till date.
