The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Purushottampur P.S. Case No. 47 of 2016 registered under Sections 447, 448, 341, 323, 379, 312/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that nothing has been alleged against the petitioner. Further submission is that there is specific allegation against the co-accused Arman, who assaulted the wife of the informant. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within
