JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 04-07-2017 Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the present writ application with a liberty to prefer an appeal before the State Appellate Authority challenging the order dated 19.09.2009 contained in Memo No. 1577 passed in Case No. 1800 of 2009 by the District Teacher's Employment Appellate Authority, Muzaffarpur.

The petitioners shall file an appeal before the State

Patna High Court CWJC No.18380 of 2010 (7) dt.04-07-2017 2/2 Appellate Authority within a period of thirty days from the date of the order and the same shall be disposed of within the statutory period.
