2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Chewara P.S. Case No. 60 of 2025 instituted under Sections 115(2), 126(2), 103(1), 352 and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner and other accused persons are alleged to have assaulted the victim causing his death.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has not assaulted anyone. Petitioner has clean antecedent.

5. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the allegations levelled against the petitioner, this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail.
