JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 04-07-2017 The present application has been preferred by the petitioner against the order passed by the District Teacher's Employment Appellate Authority, Gopalganj vide Notification No. 7/B-3-80/2011-513 Dated 13.05.2015, State Appellate Authority has been constituted for redressal of grievances against
Patna High Court CWJC No.19419 of 2010 (6) dt.04-07-2017 2/2 the order being passed by the District Teacher's Employment Appellate Authority.
Considering the same, the petitioner is directed to prefer an appeal in the light of the aforesaid notification of the State Government before the State Appellate Authority. The petitioner has further relied upon the Judgment of this court rendered in the case of Kalpana Rani Vs. The State of Bihar through the Principal Secretary, Human Resources Development Department, Government of Bihar & Ors reported in 2014(2) PLJR (HC) 665. The petitioner shall file an appeal before the State Appellate Authority within a period of thirty days from the date of the order and the same shall be disposed of within the statutory period, taking into the account the Judgment of Kalpana Rani case (Supra) relied by the petitioner.
With the aforesaid direction and observation, the present writ application stands disposed of (Sudhir Singh, J) Amit/- U
