1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Spl. PP for the State.

2. On query of the Court regarding the stage of the case presently, the learned counsel for the petitioners submits that despite his best endeavours, he could not seek instruction from the petitioners nor the petitioners contacted him.

3. It is next submitted that the present quashing application was filed against the order by which his discharge application was rejected in the year 2015. It is very fairly submitted that the stage must have changed.

4. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the Court is not inclined to entertain

5. Accordingly, the present quashing application is dismissed.
