JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 23-12-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Tandwa P.S. Case No. 45 of 2016 registered under Sections 341, 447, 307, 337, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation against the petitioner is that he along with others came at the door of the informant and tried to cut firewood and started fleeing away with the firewood. When the informant objected, she and her gotni were abused and assaulted by them.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that there is case and counter case between the parties for the offence under sections 341, 323, 307, 337, 504, 506/34 of the I.P.C. It is also submitted that on the medical

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Aurangabad in connection with Tandwa P.S. Case No. 45 of 2016, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
