The petitioners seek bail in connection with Kasba P.S. Case No. 280 of 2018, registered under Sections 420, 468, 471, 473, 489(A), 489(B) and 489(C)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of recovery of seven notes of 200 denomination and four notes of 100 denomination from the possession of Rahul Kumar Sah (petitioner No.1), 10 notes of 200 denomination, 8 notes of 50 denomination and 2 notes of 100 denomination from the possession of Md. Nasir (petitioner No.2).

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24420 of 2019(8) dt.10-01-2020 2/2 both the petitioners have no criminal antecedent and they in custody since 21.10.2018.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in connection with Kasba P.S.
