It has been submitted that in the Cause Title of the order dated 27.02.2018, by which the petitioners have been granted anticipatory bail, name of the petitioner no.2 has wrongly been mentioned as „Santosh Pawan @ Santosh Prasad‟ in place of "Santosh Paswan @ Santosh Prasad".

In view of such, Cause Title of the order dated 27.02.2018 is modified to the extent that in place of „Santosh Pawan @ Santosh Prasad‟ it should be read as "Santosh Paswan @ Santosh Prasad".

Let it be communicated to the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Daudnagar, Aurangabad, in connection with Goh P.S. Case No.84 of 2017.
