Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30,36 and 41 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Total 336.960 liters of foreign liquor has been recovered from a pick up van parked in a orchard. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that in fact the petitioner runs a tent house and the pick up van of which the petitioner is owner was driven by co-accused Ramesh Yadav for carrying the tent house materials and he is responsible for the transportation of illegal liquor and the petitioner is no way concerned with the recovery. As per para 3 of the bail petition, petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Considering the facts of the case, in the event of arrest/surrender, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the
