The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Alamganj P.S. Case No. 705 of 2018 registered under Sections 25(1-b)a/26 of Arms Act.

The accusation is that on receiving secret information about gathering of miscreants near Laddu Akhara, the informant along with other police officials reached there in the evening of 04.12.2018 and on seeing the police party, petitioner started to flee away, but after chase he was apprehended and on search a 12 bore country made pistol was recovered from his right waist.

After investigation, police has already been submitted charge-sheet against the petitioner. He is in jail since 05.12.2018.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on execution of bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna City in connection with Alamganj P.S. Case No. 705 of 2018. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) sushma/- U T
