JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 24-11-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

It is alleged against the petitioner that he caused fire arm injury to the informant.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the injury report reflects the injury caused by hard and blunt substance simple in nature. Moreover, a statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the accusation being not corroborated by the medical opinion, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the
